2/10
We came in and the room was so dirty that we had to wipe it down ourselves with wet wipes. It was honestly disgusting, and nobody cleaned it during our four nights or brought fresh towels. The room was also much smaller than it looked in the photos, though that would've been manageable since we only needed somewhere to sleep. The bathroom was especially cramped, including the tub. A really disappointing stay.

Dust was everywhere, the furniture and room finishes were damaged, and the place was badly equipped. The bathroom window wouldn't close because it was broken, and water leaked onto the floor when I showered in the tiny cabin. The place was extremely small and very dirty. Calling it a hotel is a joke. I'd be embarrassed to rent this room. Breakfast at Air Bar was just as bad. I wouldn't recommend either place, stay away!

The manager was so friendly and helpful, and the location by Ostiense Station worked really well. It's a small hotel with modern, practical rooms. I'd book it again without hesitation.

For this price, I could find somewhere better located with better services.
