What stood out most was the staff. They were so welcoming, friendly, and helpful that their service deserves 100+. I’d recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again. It’s a modest place, but cozy and comfortable. The rooms are small, clean, and well maintained. They had soap, shampoo, and a TV, and the bed linen and towels were changed daily. Breakfast was tasty, and the location is excellent and convenient for getting around.

I booked this hotel because it was near the train station, but the stay was a huge letdown. I paid about 30,000 Rs, around 300 Euros, and it wasn’t worth it. I wouldn’t recommend it if you don’t want your expensive Rome trip ruined. My room was extremely tiny, barely walkable, with no room for luggage. I can’t see even one person being comfortable there. The air conditioning didn’t work, and though the hotel has six floors, there’s no lift from the fifth floor, so expect to carry your bags up the stairs if you’re on the sixth. You also have to leave your key at reception whenever you go out. At night the main door is shut, and the night manager was extremely rude when I asked for help. I’d booked twin beds but was given a single bed. All in all, a very unpleasant experience.

It’s close to Roma termini, with restaurants and most attractions within walking distance. Nights and early mornings can be pretty noisy, though the other advantages make it manageable. The bed wasn’t great, but we were so tired we slept anyway.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the rooms were very nice and clean. As a solo traveller, I felt safe and slept peacefully. The hotel is ideally situated for visiting all the attractions.
