The cleaning was great, and everything else was exceptional. Our student group had thought we’d have the whole apartment, though, and we weren’t told in advance that a stranger would be staying in one of the rooms. The welcome and service when we arrived could also have been a little better.

The room was noisy, but the location is really good, about a two-minute walk from the Vatican.
