Monia was efficient and looked after us so well, even though she was very busy. On Easter Saturday she made homemade chocolate-coated biscuits for the guests. There are only four guest rooms in the building, so guests get plenty of attention. We stayed five days as a family of three, including a teenager. The apartment was modern, clean, and nicely decorated, though a bit cramped for three. The beds were very comfortable, the TV was huge with several channels, and towels were changed every two days. Breakfast leaned sweet but was enough for us, with bread, toast, ham, cheese, homemade cakes, marmalade and jams, apples, coffee, tea, and juice. The location is convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby and the Metro right across the road. There’s also an open market on Thursdays. It takes about 35 minutes to walk to the city centre or just 10 minutes by Metro.

San Giovanni Tube station is just two minutes away on foot, and the Colosseum is about a 10-minute walk. The owner is a young, easygoing architect who was kind and very helpful. The place is clean and colorful, in a very quiet neighborhood with everything around it.

The service was great, the price was good, and the room was nice. The location is excellent, just steps from the metro, and there are elevators too. The one drawback was an odd smell in the room.

It’s clean and conveniently located, and the owner is a nice guy. But he’s too permissive about the rules. Some guests don’t follow them, and if children in another room start playing games, your evening can be over. Their parents let them make noise as long as they’re not doing it in their own room. It’s a noisy place.

The apartment was clean, and the staff were friendly and really helpful. A good choice for a few days in central Rome. I recommend it.
