The shower drain was so slow that we could only shower for a few minutes at a time. We reported it to the owner several times starting on day one, and were told someone would look into it. During our seven-night stay, nobody came and we heard nothing more. Our room was at the front of the apartment, near the entrance, kitchen, and washing machine, so it was very noisy. We woke up several times when other people got tap water or opened the apartment door. The beds were uncomfortable and low quality, the frame screws came loose just from changing position, and at 1.88 metres I couldn't lie comfortably in the bed. The location is great and it looked good at first, but the drawbacks piled up. We wouldn't return or recommend it.

The room was clean and cozy, a good base for exploring the city and unwinding at the end of the day. Wi-Fi was strong throughout, and the staff spoke English well and were always available. The location is the real draw, close to the major attractions, in a friendly neighborhood full of restaurants and bars. The 24/7 self check-in worked easily even though we arrived at 1 AM, thanks to the instructions. I'd recommend it to couples who want a five-star location while keeping an eye on the budget.

Avoid this place. The automatic door opening system doesn't work. When we arrived, the room key left on the desk took us to a room that hadn't been cleaned: dirty towels and toilet, someone had slept in the bed, and there were no pillows. It took five tries to get through when we called. What a shame.

The room was clean, and the hotel is in a great spot. I'd recommend it for a quick visit to Rome.
