Rosi made us feel at home with her warmth and politeness, and went out of her way to help. Her local suggestions were invaluable, from places to eat to ways to enjoy the neighborhood like locals. The whole guesthouse was cozy and spotless, and perfectly placed near public transport, lovely restaurants, a laundromat, and shops. There was an absolutely heavenly scent at the building entrance, so coming “home” each day felt like arriving at a boutique hotel. This place deserves more recognition. A hidden gem, and highly recommended for a Rome visit. You won’t be disappointed!

I’ve stayed at this B&B twice now, and it’s fantastic. The owner is friendly, quick to respond on WhatsApp, and gives clear directions for reaching the property by public transport as well as fast instructions for access and an introduction to the room. The tram stop right outside is a one-minute walk away and goes to termini station. It takes about 20 minutes to reach Rome train station by tram, with plenty of public transport options from there for other parts of the city. The metro is also around a 10-minute walk. The place was very clean, the bathroom was well equipped, the bed was comfortable, and the communal kitchen was spotless. It’s a local neighborhood with good places to eat. Great value for money, and I’d definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time, and Rosi did so much to make our visit to Rome special. She made us feel welcome and shared tips for restaurants, getting around, and seeing the sights. The service was fabulous, the room was very clean, and the location was great. We’d come back. Thank you!

Rosy made me feel welcome right away and shared lots of useful information about the neighborhood. I really enjoyed the park nearby, with its Roman ruins. Anice Guesthouse was a lovely place to stay, and I’d happily come back. Grazie del cuore, Corinna
