The room was clean, and the people working there were especially kind and always ready to help. The hotel is also in a handy area for getting around to the main sights.

I felt right at home here, and really enjoyed both the city and the hotel. The location made it easy to reach the famous sights, and the view from the main street was magnificent. The staff were warm and welcoming. For the price, this is the best hotel, and I’d happily come back. If I could, I’d give it 10 stars. ☺️☺️☺️

The staff were lovely and did their best to help. We also liked being on a lively street, with plenty of places to eat nearby and a nice bar just across the road. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and only 10 minutes to the main train station, which was really convenient. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable, but some things needed attention. For a room meant for three people, there were only two sockets by the beds, and one didn’t work. The shower holder was almost coming away from the wall and wouldn’t keep the shower head up, though it was fixed the next day. The TV was so static-filled that it wasn’t really watchable. A lot of the facilities were broken, which was disappointing, but you’re paying for the location.

The free morning coffee was a nice touch, and you could have a Cornetto (croissant) with it if you wanted. The staff, both at reception and the cleaning men, were great people, helpful and obliging. The location is really good, and I’d recommend the hotel for the value. We booked a double bed but got two beds pushed together. Also, the bathroom door in room 15 didn’t close properly, so please fix that. Still, the rest was AMAZING. What you pay is what you get.
