Our first time in Rome went well with this little B&B, which had everything we needed. The room, Flavia, was comfortable and had a balcony, and the building has an elevator. Liliana was a very friendly host. The metro is right next door, with a four-minute ride to the central station and six minutes to the city center. Breakfast was served from 8:30 - 9:30, and the nearest laundromat is 200 meters away. The shower felt a bit cramped, and the internet connection wasn't great during our stay.

The hosts were very kind, breakfast was good, and we could use the kitchen all day. There were sweets on the table for guests, too. The rooms were bright, cleaned every day, and had a nice view from the window. The apartment is well located, about 15 minutes from the Colosseum and one minute from the metro. The WiFi was poor. I'd recommend it!

Liliana was easy to reach and very helpful. She speaks English and French, and likely other languages too. The apartment was clean, roomy, affordable, and a great base for seeing Roma, just two minutes from the metro. We could cook in the kitchen, including breakfast, and there were biscottes, pastries, jam, coffee, and fruit available. The pillows seemed a bit flat for our taste. Our room, Lucretia, faced the street, and for all four days we could hear every car and motorcycle, especially the ambulances. A more soundproof window might help guests sleep. Still, we were very happy with our choice and the price. Grazie mille!

Laura and Chiara made our stay such a warm, welcoming experience. They were completely helpful, and I wholeheartedly recommend staying with them. The space was comfortable and sparkling clean, and breakfast was really good, with homemade pies from the hosts. They made Roma feel sweet and wonderful.

The hosts were warm and welcoming, and we really enjoyed our stay. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated. The place is right next to Zara and very close to the metro, with the Colosseum about a 20-minute walk away. A great base for enjoying Rome.
