The room was cozy and well equipped, and we weren't bothered by much noise even though it faced the main road. The building has an elevator, so you don't have to haul heavy bags up the stairs. Most downtown Rome attractions are within 1 km on foot. The service staff were attentive and communicated clearly over WhatsApp, even when no one was physically at reception. At night, for example, they brought an iron or a wine opener to our room when we asked.

We had a spotless, newly renovated room, and breakfast was served right in it. The guesthouse is in the city center, with easy access to major sights and public transportation. Staff were courteous and friendly, and the service was excellent. There's also a free happy hour at the sister hotel, a two-minute walk away, with one free drink and snacks per person. Highly recommended.

Breakfast in the room was good, and the room itself was bright and clean. Still, I was hoping to give this place five stars, but room 404 faced the main road and every ambulance or police car that went by woke us up. The WiFi was useless in our room, too. The elevator to the ground floor could be a pain when people on other floors were using it at the same time.

The room was really nice, and the location worked perfectly for the main tourist sights. Breakfast was great and brought straight to our room. The staff were lovely, friendly, and welcoming.

The rooms are spacious and nicely designed, and you'll love them. Staff were very helpful and efficient. The elevator could be in a better spot, though. It's manageable if you can take a few steps or aren't carrying heavy luggage.
