Astoria Golden Gate

It's a practical spot for Rome, about five minutes from the main station with the buses and metros, handy for either business or a holiday. We stayed on the ground floor and had no noise problems. The room was clean, the reception staff were very friendly, and the internet worked well. We also appreciated the free hot drinks from 7 in the morning until 10 at night, plus a kettle and tea in the room. There isn't breakfast, though we didn't mind since we could get fruit near the station or buy a cornetto. Keep enough phone battery to call the hotel 20 minutes before arrival. We had a great stay and would gladly return.

Rudolfo was attentive, communicated wonderfully, and was happy to share restaurant suggestions and tips about Rome. The rooms were just as described and exceptionally clean. Being only three minutes from Termini Station was a huge plus, especially with luggage when we wanted to avoid taxis or the Metro. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thanks, Rudolfo, for making our last night in Rome after the cruise excellent!

They let us arrive early and store our bags until check-in, then kept them again after checkout until it was time for our train to the airport. The rooms were spacious, with a clean bathroom, a good shower, air conditioning, free coffee, and a comfortable bed. The street was quiet despite being very close to Roma Termini. There was also a bike and scooter rental on the corner and a few restaurants nearby. Staff were responsive and helpful from the start, even answering questions before we arrived. Really nice stay, highly recommend.

Everything we needed for a lovely stay, and the hotel was clean with nice staff. It's in a safe, quiet spot with a great location, and there's even a free coffee machine. I'd recommend it!
