The rooms are decent and have what you need, though the place feels quite dated and cleanliness was just average. For those visiting Rome, the northern location is convenient: about 100 meters from Ponte Mile, with parking nearby and a metro/tram stop that goes to Piazzale Flaminia. Mr. Italo is helpful and provides all the information you need. The price seems average for being in the center. I might return, but I'm giving it three stars because of how dated the B&B is.

The owner was kind, but the place was filthy. There were cobwebs in the room, the bathroom was covered in scale, and water knocking through the radiators kept us up all night.

The prices are astronomical for what you get. The rooms have mold and cobwebs, the bathroom is encrusted, and they even charge extra for air conditioning. Truly disgraceful.
