4/10
The host didn't seem very friendly and didn't like communicating with guests. I needed some information about the city, but nobody was available to help. Room cleaning was very erratic, and the emphasis seemed to be on collecting the rent.

6/10
The rooms are clean and a good size, but very basic. There are good places for dinner nearby, and the neighborhood doesn't feel touristy. You can get here from the center by tram, though the journey from Termini takes about half an hour. The main drawback is getting back to the center in the morning by public transport, since the trams are packed.

The rooms were nice and well equipped, and the bathroom was clean. Good value for the price.

They were extremely flexible with scheduling and reservations, even accommodating requests in the late afternoon when possible.

Affordable and clean, with friendly, qualified staff.
