The location is great, just a few minutes from the Collosseum, and the apartment is spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped, and there’s a large lounge with a dining table. The beds were very comfortable, and air con was a big bonus. A Conad supermarket about five minutes away has pretty much everything you might need. There’s also a big side terrace with seating for six. We stayed Friday to Sunday. You’re asked to keep terrace noise down after 22:30, but a hotel and bar just behind the apartment had karaoke until 01:00 on Friday night into Saturday, then music until around 23:30 Saturday night. Sunday night was quiet. The terrace is reached by a couple of fairly steep steps from the lounge, which could be a problem if you have mobility issues. Great apartment in Rome.

The owner was so hospitable and quick to reply whenever we messaged. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, just a stone’s throw from the Colosseum. There are two double bedrooms with TVs, a large bright living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Four of us stayed, with one person on the sofa bed in the living room, and it turned out to be quite comfortable. There’s also a terrace we didn’t use, but it must be lovely in spring and summer. The one drawback is that the bathroom is much too small for an apartment like this.
