The B&B is well placed for sightseeing, with plenty of tourist spots nearby. It’s also close to a bus and tram stop, and about 900 meters from a metro station. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed, including a fridge and electric kettle. Breakfast was simple but really good. The homemade butter and marmalade croissant was fresh and tasty.

The owners were among the nicest people we met in Rome, and they were very helpful. The place is clean, has air conditioning, and is next to Términi Station, about a 15-minute walk from the city center. If you need somewhere to sleep, rest, and have breakfast, it’s perfect.

The free breakfast was great, the location was good, and having an elevator helped a lot. The Wi-Fi was excellent too. Nestor and Raisa were extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating. They even gave us a Christmas cake, and were happy to provide anything we asked for to make our stay more comfortable.

The hosts were so kind and ready to help with anything. My room was clean, breakfast tasted great, and the metro is only a five-minute walk away. A very easy place to recommend in Rome.
