The room was comfortable and clean, and although the main tourist sights are a bit far away, it’s easy to get there by bus. Barbara and Michele made the place feel like home. They’re the nicest people I’ve met, always kind and helpful, and shared all the important tips for getting around Roma. Barbara is a wonderful baker too.

We spent three nights there and everything was just right. The owners were so kind and welcoming. The location works really well, both for Gemelli hospital and for the other services someone might need.

The location was peaceful and quiet, with good connections to the city center. What made my stay memorable was how warmly I was welcomed. I felt like part of the family. The property was beautiful and clean, with roomy, colorful rooms. Breakfast was generous and even worked for my somewhat fussy dietary needs. I’d highly recommend it if you’re looking for a place that feels like home.

The location could have been nice, but there’s no parking. The apartment was extremely dirty, cluttered, and smelly. My bedroom had dirt and cobwebs, the bathroom had no bidet and the showerhead didn’t work. The TV had no antenna, so it was unusable, and there was no hot water. On top of all that, the house cat meowed all night. A nightmare, and it cost €93 with no receipt. I reported them to the Revenue Agency.

The only drawback was being a bit far from the city center, though there’s plenty of transport to get there. Otherwise, everything was in great shape and very clean. The room and bathroom were both spacious and comfortable, and Bárbara made us a full breakfast on the apartment patio. Bárbara and Miguel welcomed us warmly and shared useful tips and information. I highly recommend staying here.
