B&B Casetta Roma

The kind management made me feel at home, and the fruit, coffee, cookies, yogurt, and juice were a lovely touch. My room was clean and spacious, and the friendly staff and easy access to the train and bus station made this a great start and finish to my Roman holiday. I can’t think of a reason to take off a point. The doorbell signal was unreliable, though, and may have caused some confusion at check-in. I also found the hot water hard to adjust, and the shower door was noisy. Even so, I wouldn’t deduct a point. Thanks for a wonderful holiday.

The place was a large apartment with two big areas set up as private rooms and a shared kitchen. We had fast internet, and there were some good takeaway food places nearby. Trains and buses were a 10 minute walk away and took us straight to Colosseo, so the location was perfect. Marco offered us a good discount when I contacted the owner directly through a number listed here. He even met us at the airport close to midnight and made us feel at home. We stayed in September 2021 and would definitely come back.

It was away from the busy street but only a 10 minute walk from Trastevere train station. The room was a good size, clean, and comfortable, with a small fridge stocked with yogurt, milk, juice, and water. Breakfast had cereals, espresso, yogurt, juice, jam, and packaged sweets. I recommend it.

Breakfast was delicious, and the host was really nice and helpful. A wonderful, very clean place. Definitely recommended.
