If I could give negative stars I would do it. Let me start by saying we are students so we don't stay at fancy places, we are acostumed to only the basics. When we arrived, the room was dirty and the wifi didn't work. There is no reception and it was late so we weren't able to complain. On the next day we arrived to the same dirty room, turns out you have to pay separately for that service and the owner Gregorio didn't believe us about the wifi. We escaped on the next day due to bug bites and he didn't agreed to pay us back the days we didn't stayed foward, calling me a lier even though I was

The host had no empathy and communicated not kindly to us. The place had a poor sign in front of the building. So, it was very hard to find the hotel. The building looked old and scary. The environment was very quiet. However, it located near a metro station.

Nice place with a comfortable bed and a small bathroom but enough for travelers. They have to get better the signs to find the hostal. I would hosting again here!
