Franca was an amazing hostess. She shared lots of great cultural history with us over breakfast, and the coffee was delicious. We had a private bathroom and a well-sized room. The hot morning showers were welcome, and the price was great for the experience. Five stars, well deserved. Great job, Franca!

Franca, our hostess, was kind and competent, and did her best to make our stay pleasant. Her suggestions for outings, restaurants, and getting around were very useful. We stayed four nights and felt comfortable in the well-equipped B&B room. Breakfast was fresh and Italian. The location worked well for us, between the Vatican and Ottaviano metro station, with the small bus station at Piazza del Risorgimento just around the corner. If you want clean, affordable accommodation, this is a good choice. We'd like to return on another visit to Rome. Anna & Johann (Germany, Bavaria)

The host, franca, is lovely and makes a perfect breakfast. It's a small, charming B&B, really close to both the Vatican and the metro.
