We were on the ninth floor, and there was an elevator. The apartment had three bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms, plus another separate bathroom. There was a roomy kitchen with an oven, along with dining and sitting areas, and the Wi-Fi worked well enough. I gave it four stars because the website advertised breakfast, so I expected fresh croissants and fruit each day. What was provided was cookies, cereal, and coffee.

The staff were friendly, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed and decent Wi-Fi. Ottaviano metro station is nearby, and it's well placed for getting to the Olympic stadium. A good place to stay.

The bathtub hadn't been cleaned, and there was hair in it. The hot tub pipes were dirty too, so I couldn't use it, which is why I can't give five stars. Otherwise, it's a lovely room near the Vatican with good public transport when it's running. The furnishings feel distinctive and thoughtful, and there's a fridge, kettle, towels, and air conditioning. The man who checked us in was very kind and friendly.
