B&B Millyhouse

The location is handy for the train station and main bus terminal, but I wouldn't recommend staying here. The room felt like a one- or two-star hotel. The bathroom tiles were moldy, and a smell lingered throughout our stay even with the fan running. The TV was a small computer monitor being used as a television, and the hairdryer only worked on low. The high-speed setting was glued in place from use. The courtyard was somewhat quiet but surrounded by lots of other accommodations, so there was noise all day and some at night. Many things looked poorly DIYed. The toilet and floors were a bit filthy, as if they were vacuumed but not wiped. The area has a lot of garbage on the streets, and the place felt pretty ghetto, which kind of suited the neighbourhood.

Very friendly staff, thanks Omar, and a good, central location. The water smelled like sewer the first time we showered, though, and the hair dryer seemed ancient. I'd recommend it to people travelling on a low budget.

We won't be coming back. The bathroom needs renovation, and on top of that, the breakfast photo bore no resemblance to what we got. It was just a croissant and a rusk, with no coffee at all, which is surprising in Italy. On the final day, there was no breakfast for us. They also required us to pay an additional tax in cash. That hadn't been mentioned in either the offer or the booking.

The location is okay, but the rooms are tiny and there's barely space in the bathroom for a toothbrush. They advertise free breakfast, but there wasn't any, and they didn't seem to care when we asked. Look around the corner at Hotel Palladium, it's very nice, has breakfast and is cheaper.
