Finding a good central place when you’re travelling with a car and a dog can be difficult, but this worked perfectly for me. I parked on the street and put money in the meter each morning, which was both convenient and pretty economical. The welcome was warm, too.

Stay away. The owner was horribly rude, to put it nicely. I consider him a scammer: don’t risk booking here, because he may cancel your entire stay and keep your money.

I booked the room a month and a half ahead, then the reservation was cancelled the day BEFORE my stay. When I called the owner, he refused to explain and hung up on me. Absolutely unreliable, I wouldn’t recommend it.

A good, affordable place for a Roman weekend, and suitable for anyone. It’s about a five-minute walk from the metro and reasonably clean. The owner was friendly and helpful.

For 30 euros I wasn’t expecting a shuttle, sure. But the bed and shared bathroom were dirty, and the place was really noisy. Just indecent, etc. I’m surprised Booking.com lists somewhere like this.
