A great little place in a perfect spot, with clean, comfortable rooms. Just make sure you have the check-in details before you arrive, since there's no 24-hour service. Luckily, the host got in touch with the instructions, and that extra bit of planning paid off. We had a great stay.

The room was bigger than we expected and had plenty of space. We ended up extending by one night, for five nights altogether. Marta was so helpful and always reachable on WhatsApp, and the location is the best, close to everything and to transport. My wife and I had an amazing stay. We'd definitely come again. Booking directly gets you a better price.

The rooms and location were actually really nice, which makes the check-in mess such a shame. We got no instructions, found nobody there, and got no replies to our messages. Luckily, another guest was coming out and let us in. Then we had to guess which room was ours. Everyone we spoke to during our stay had the same problem, and some people were left waiting outside for ages.

Marta and her team looked after us so well. We were in Roma for my husband's 50th, and Marta came to meet us and wish him a happy birthday. It was really nice to meet her in person. She was also easy to contact on WhatsApp, and gave us clear instructions for entering the building and finding our section, where our door was marked white. There was no front desk, but whenever I needed anything I could just text her. The room had drinks, snacks, and water, with clean towels and bedding. When we had to leave at 4.30am, I was worried about getting a taxi. Marta arranged one for us and said it would cost a bit more, but they would be there. The driver arrived early, and he and I had each other's numbers. We were treated like VIPs all the way to the airport. The fare was €70, but it was worth it. Roma is a beautiful city. The Spanish steps are 4 minutes away, with lots of places to eat and shop nearby.
