Everything was spotless, and the property is spacious. I spent two days there with my son, and we were treated like family, maybe even better, especially him! Mrs. Monica is kindness personified. I hope we can return soon, and I recommend it to everyone. Thank you, Mrs. Monica!

The beach is just a short walk away, and Rome is easy to reach by train in 20 minutes. Lido di Ostia is a lovely town, with nice shops and plenty of bars and restaurants. This is a welcoming, family-run B&B in a lively Italian seaside resort. The room was modern, very clean, and tidy, in a well-maintained house in a typical residential neighborhood. The owner and her son were kind, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and typically Italian, enough to keep us going all day.

A lovely family runs this private guesthouse, which has two rooms in a residential building. They were happy to help with advice, laundry, dishes, and even a shelf in the fridge. The room and bathroom were in excellent condition, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and everything else we needed. The guesthouse is on the second line from the beach, and the entrance to the best free beach with clean water is right beside it.

It's always a pleasure to return. Monica and Francesco are as kind as ever, and their new, minimalist furnishings make the place very practical. It's very close to the sea.
