Bausan 12

The host was very kind, and the room was comfortable and well furnished. The location was really convenient too. Highly recommended, we’ll be back.

The place is welcoming and easy to get to, especially handy if you’re attending sports events or concerts at Foro Italico, just a 10-minute walk away. It’s also very close to the Rai production centers. The staff are polite and friendly, and the rooms are clean and tidy. Outside there’s a large terrace with little tables that can be used in good weather. There’s a shared cooking area with a fridge. Each room has a welcome kit with packaged croissants, fruit juices, tea, and coffee pods. I’m happy with my choice to stay here.

Getting around from BAUSAN 12 was easy. It’s in a peaceful spot but still central, with the metro and Olympic Stadium within walking distance. Piazzale Clodio is close by for buses across Rome, and the Vatican is nearby too. Andrea was incredibly welcoming and even gave us a little breakfast. Our room and the property were spotless, and the large terrace was a lovely place to unwind. The air conditioning also works as a heat pump, and there’s wall heating, so the room stayed comfortable. I had a wonderful stay and would happily come back.

We stayed here for a concert and found it welcoming and easy to get to. The staff were polite and friendly, the rooms tidy and clean, and we liked having an outdoor table area where we could have a quick dinner. There’s a shared fridge, though it would help to make clear what’s for guests and what isn’t. We left some things in it overnight and they were gone by morning. Maybe someone else thought they were complimentary. Anyway, everything else was perfect.
