BB La Donna Garbata

The room was clean and the beds were spacious, and the place felt very secure. It's also in a great spot near the metro. We'd recommend it.

The room was spacious, cozy, warm, and clean, with everything I needed. The location worked really well for my trip. The owner was kind and helpful from the beginning, sharing all the details and even helping me find the property. The place is modern and well maintained, with only a few rooms, I think three. Guests can use the shared kitchen, which has a stovetop, fridge, freezer, table, and dishes. There are packaged breakfast foods too, along with milk and yogurt in the refrigerator. The kitchen and shared areas were always tidy, and the dishes were put away.

We visited in March 2022. The metro is only a five-minute walk, which makes this a good choice for a weekend in Rome. Our room was simple but roomy enough, with air conditioning and heating, a sofa, nice wall paintings, and a small but practical bathroom. The owner was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included at a bar nearby, and there was a fairly well-equipped kitchen, though we didn't use it.

Fabio was so kind and helpful. When severe back pain meant I had to stay at his place for another half day, he took care of the problem without asking for payment. He moved my luggage and spent much of the morning talking with me while getting the other room ready. You don't often meet people like him, and I'm very grateful. I'd recommend the place: it's clean, comfortable, and spacious, with an en-suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and Wi-Fi.
