The location was good and breakfast was decent, and the woman working there was kind and helpful. But she seemed badly overworked and underpaid, and the rooms were dirty, dusty, and moldy. My allergies got really bad. I was too uncomfortable to shower and could barely sleep. The walls are paper thin, so you hear all the noise from outside and from other rooms.

The breakfast dishes were left piled in the sink for 24 hours after six people ate, and the woman was keeping four bags of rubbish in the kitchen instead of throwing them out. Even the tree in the hallway had about 3cm of dust on it. The whole place felt like a moldy basement, with a terrible damp smell as soon as you opened the door. The bathrooms in all three rooms were covered in mold, and there was no toilet brush. They'd painted over the mold with white paint, but it was showing through and new mold kept appearing. We had breathing problems and coughed a lot. The bathroom door was very hard to open, and my pillow was wet from the damp and disgustingly yellow. There weren't proper blankets on the beds, just old cotton ones that smelled awful and had all kinds of hair on them. They clearly hadn't been washed. The room itself looked like it had never been cleaned.

After months of pursuing this, I was told I would get a refund, but I've been given conflicting explanations, false timelines, and repeated delays. I'm still waiting for the EUR 218.70 I'm legally owed, and I've filed a formal complaint with consumer protection authorities. I'm ready to take further legal action if needed. This has cost me money and caused a huge amount of stress and wasted time. The property took payment upfront, then stopped replying to my calls, emails, and messages, despite my attempts over several months. When I couldn't get a response, I contacted Booking.com for help. They kept listing and promoting the property even though they knew about its behavior, which raises serious questions about their due diligence and accountability. Do not book this property, don't count on getting your money back, and don't expect help if anything goes wrong. I was shocked by Booking.com's continued partnership with a property I believe has engaged in fraudulent and negligent practices. Stay away if you value your money, time, and peace of mind.

The woman in charge was nice, but the man, who may have been the owner, was ridiculous and couldn't handle problems or customers at all. The breakfast was mediocre, and the place was terrible overall. On the first night there was only a very thin pillow in the bedroom, and a lamp blinked all night. The wall was moldy, the toilet lid was loose, and the bathroom door was awful. The shower was broken and water came out like it was running from a pipe. The drain was clogged too.
