We felt completely looked after by Sabrina and Estefany, who met us outside, showed us around, and stayed available on WhatsApp whenever we needed anything. They really made sure we were comfortable. The apartment was huge and matched the photos, with comfortable beds and a surprisingly quiet feel despite being on Trastevere’s main street. Shops and restaurants are all around, and the Colosseo, Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, Vatican city, and other major sights are about a 20-30 minute walk away. The kitchen was fully stocked, and we had clean towels, toilet paper, shampoo, coffee capsules, and supplies for the dishwasher and washing machine. The bathrooms were spacious and modern, with good shower pressure. We had a lovely few days here, and it felt like staying in a 5* hotel.

I was in Rome for a weekend and was really glad I chose this place. The BeMate team were friendly, quick to respond, and especially helpful, including with their restaurant suggestions. The accommodation was spotless and comfortable, and I could walk to everywhere I needed to go.

A gorgeous, spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. George, Estefany, and Sabrina kept communication helpful, informative, and very prompt. Highly recommend.

This was our second stay at Be Mate Trastevere, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. The apartment feels like a real home, spotless and quiet, with thoughtful, stylish design throughout. Being right in the heart of Trastevere made it easy to walk to the main sights while still enjoying the neighborhood. Estefany, Sabrina, and George were so friendly and helpful, and made everything smooth from check-in through check-out. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

Trastevere made a wonderful base for us, with its winding streets, good restaurants, and lively nights all close by, and the apartment gave us plenty of room to recharge. The two bedrooms were huge, and having a working kitchen and laundry made it easy to eat in and take care of clothes. Inside, the furnishings felt modern and elegant, and everything was impeccably clean. Guest services answered our questions quickly and made sure we had what we needed, which added a personal touch. We had a superb stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, convenient few days in Rome.
