Beautiful Home 2

We stayed four nights. The room was big enough and fairly clean, Netflix was available, and the location was good. The neighbourhood felt a bit shady, but we got used to it and nothing happened. There's a really good restaurant next to the entrance, too. What bothered us was the noise from other guests. They woke us every night when they came back from the city. The bathroom is shared, and since one room doesn't have its own, people kept banging the doors on their way to the loo.

Abdul was especially helpful and gave us great assistance. The staff were friendly, and we'd happily come back when we visit Rome. The room and bathroom were clean and well kept, with air conditioning, a TV, and a mini fridge. Tea and coffee were available for guests. We really enjoyed our stay at the Beautiful Home 2 hotel and highly recommend it.

The staff were welcoming and nice. There's a microwave and coffee machine in the common area, and the host provides coffee, which made it easy to start the day with a good cup. The location is great, fairly close to the main sights, which you can reach on foot.

There wasn't clean bottled water, and I missed having a reception where I could ask questions. The keys were also awkward when several people were sharing a room; I wish there had been a code instead. The bedding was dirty and there weren't enough towels. I also wished there were more amenities.
