The room was clean and comfortable, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. With the underground, train, and bus station right below the building and the city centre close by, the location worked perfectly. I spent a few nights here and was really glad I chose this B&B. I’ll definitely return!

For the price, it does the job. The room was fine for a night or two, and the person looking after the place was kind and easy to communicate with in English. The downside is the train noise, and the location isn't great because of it. Still, it was OK for me.

This completely ruined my day. After waiting around and asking for a refund, they finally opened the door, but still kept me standing there and said check-in started after 3pm. I had told them I expected to arrive between 2 and 3pm, which was an option on their website. I got to the address from their email at 2pm, as arranged, but the phone number they had provided didn't work. My calls wouldn't go through and my messages failed to deliver. I tried WhatsApp instead, and they said they'd sent me a different address that morning, but I hadn't received anything. So I had to carry my luggage to another place in the heat. At the new address, I messaged them and waited about 20 more minutes without anyone letting me in. When I asked where they were, they just told me to call the same number that didn't work. If you don't want to haul your bags around and wait an hour to get into the hotel, avoid this place. It was the worst experience I've had and ruined my trip.
