The owners were kind and very helpful, and they also offer bicycle rental. We spent two nights in a welcoming, comfortable mini-apartment with thoughtful design and everything we needed. The area is quiet, convenient, and close to the city center.

I didn't try the bike service, so I can't comment on it. Olga and I never met in person, but she was always reachable by phone and attentive to what we needed. For my night near the Olympic Stadium, the place felt welcoming and clean, with everything I needed. I can see why other reviews mention both good and bad points, since different guests will like different things.

I think the description should clearly say this is a basement apartment. Booking.com even calls it a "property with a city view." What view can you have when you're below the road?

The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, and the location is ideal if you're going to nearby sports events or concerts. But the apartment is below the sidewalk, so there's no view or fresh air, and it felt cold, damp, dark, musty, and dusty. The bedding was mediocre, with the mattress sagging in the middle. Breakfast was minimal too. We won't recommend it again. Disappointing.
