The owner was kind and helpful, and the room was great. I stayed for 3 nights in may 2026, and the hotel is just a short walk through cobblestone streets lined with shops and cafes to the Spanish steps. I’d happily come back and recommend it.

We felt safe the whole time, and having a working elevator was a real plus. The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to help us. Our room was a good size, very clean, and had cold air conditioning and a comfortable bed. I especially liked ending the day with a soak in the deep bathtub. Belsiana House sits on a quiet, charming side street right in the middle of Rome. We could walk to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps easily, and made it to the Colosseum on foot one day. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

Fabiazip is fabulous! The place was extremely clean, and my room had a nice tub for a soak and a smart TV that made it easy to watch Prime Amazon or Netflix. It’s on a lovely little street with plenty of restaurants and shops close by, near the famous shopping street. The Spanish Steps are about two blocks away, and from there it’s another 1/3 of a mile to the Trevi Fountain, with the Colosseum and lots of other places walkable too. There are so many beautiful plazas and fountains around. I can’t say enough good things about the location.

The Spanish Steps were close by, and local restaurants, a grocery store, and a major shopping area were all only a couple of minutes away. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the location and would definitely book here again next time we’re in Rome.

The location put us right in the middle of everything, and my travel companions were jealous that they hadn’t booked here. They were clear and detailed with the check-in instructions well ahead of time, and very flexible when my arrival got delayed. This place was incredible. We’ll be back!
