Breakfast is included at one of two nearby coffee places, and nights here were very quiet. I found the bedroom spacious and the bed comfortable. There’s also a coffee machine, a large flat-screen TV, and a closet in the main room. The bathroom is roomy and has what you need for a short visit. A great place to stay in Rome, better than many hotels I’ve tried over the years.

Coming back each day to a clean, peaceful room that smelled nice was such a lift, especially after leaving it in a mess while rushing out in the morning. We stayed four nights at BePlace Aventino and were happy with the facilities and service. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and it had toiletries, bath and bed linen, a safe, and a fridge. Check-in was easy, with all the details sent a few days beforehand. The hosts were friendly and kept in touch on WhatsApp to help with anything we needed. Ernesto even booked us a taxi to FCO airport, which saved us the last-minute hassle of arranging one through an app. We had a really good stay and wholeheartedly recommend it.

The room was spacious, quiet, comfortable, and had all the amenities. There’s also a kitchen and shared area, which I didn’t use, but both looked top notch. What really stood out was the service. My flight changed, so I arrived earlier than planned. Andrea replied quickly and even called to say the room would be ready before the early check-in time. That kind of help makes me want to return.

We loved having breakfast at the bar downstairs. The rooms were clean and neat, and Andrea was friendly and helpful. The neighborhood felt quiet and well connected, and staying here was a great way to feel like a local.

The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, and checking in without a key was easy. The price was great, and it was clean and a convenient walk to FAO and the colosseum. Nearby groceries were a treat: fresh cheese, artichokes, crusty bread, olives. What more do you need?
