The breakfast was fresh and delicious. One tip: skip the coffee machines and ask the waitresses to make you a cappuccino. My room was large and very quiet, with a great bed and a shower that had excellent pressure and temperature, which can be hard to find in central Rome. I arrived around 9:30 in the morning for a two-night stay, and the friendly reception team let me check in early, which was a real help on a rainy day. It’s only 300 metres from the railway station. A genuine four-star hotel.

The room was bright with natural light and kept spotless by housekeeping. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and helpful during my stay. I also enjoyed breakfast, especially the tasty ham. I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

The rooms were luxurious and high quality, and everyone in my group was happy with their stay. Since it was my first time in Rome, I’m especially glad I chose this hotel. The heat was the one thing that sometimes made it hard to breathe, but otherwise I had a lovely stay. The rooms were spotless, and housekeeping came every day to tidy up and leave fresh towels, which you don’t find everywhere these days. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was fine, though I would have liked more variety. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the hotel was.

We were disappointed with the way things were handled. The room didn’t match the type we had booked, and we had to move all our luggage ourselves. No one even apologized. I hope the hotel improves this for future guests.
