The room was lovely and, above all, very clean. It’s not huge, but there’s enough space for a few days, and they cleaned it daily and topped up the bottles of still and lightly sparkling water. The location worked well for us: a 10-15 minute walk from Termini, 4-5 minutes to Cavour metro, and 15 minutes from the Coloseo. There are loads of USB-A and USB-C outlets too, with PD fast charging, which was a big plus. The breakfast was the one letdown. The options are very sweet, and it would be nice to have something like a boiled egg. Still, breakfast was generally good.

The owners were so friendly, and having breakfast there was really convenient. Our stylish, clean room had very comfy beds. It’s a great, central spot close to everything in Rome. Would definitely recommend it!

BEWARE, this was the worst place and experience we’ve ever had. They charge far too much for what you get, and although it’s central, the location didn’t feel good to us. The rooms and bathrooms are tiny. There are six little tables crammed close together in a small space they call a “restaurant.” This isn’t a hotel, or even a B&B. Nobody is there to welcome you; they send the entry codes the day before check-in. The place is in a not very clean residential building, with a tiny, very old elevator up to the second floor where the rooms are. It only fits one person with one bag. If you want to avoid overpaying or being unhappy during your visit to Rome, DO NOT book this place!

The shower drained poorly, so we had to mop up with towels and keep showers short. That didn’t spoil the stay, though, because the room was so comfortable and clean, and bigger than most rooms in Rome. The air conditioning worked great. It’s Rome, so there’s noise, but a noise machine did the trick and we couldn’t hear the street traffic. The location was wonderful.

The room was beautifully decorated, and each one has its own theme. We had a super-comfy bed and a very stylish shower. I’d definitely recommend staying here, and we’d come back if we visit Rome again. It’s a lovely little boutique hotel right in the centre, with the main sights easy to reach on foot. There are great places to eat nearby and good metro and bus links. The train and bus station is just a 10-minute walk away, with easy buses to either of the city’s airports.
