The host was lovely, kind, and easy to reach, and they were always ready to help with anything we needed. Everything about the stay felt simple and pleasant. The accommodation was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with a perfect location. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Rome! 🌟

The thin walls were the main problem for us. We could hear people in the shared common area, along with loud neighbors talking late and playing movies at high volume in their rooms, which made it harder to sleep. It really depends on who else is staying there. The room itself was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. It was cleaned daily and the bed was made, which was nice to come back to after exploring all day. The hotel is a short walk from the Colosseum and many major sights, though finding a good local restaurant that wasn't a tourist trap meant walking about 20+ minutes. Still, it was comfortable and convenient, and we'd stay again.

The little kitchenette was handy, set in a private common area shared by the four rooms on that level, behind a locked door separating it from the rest of the floor. Our room was small but clean and tidy, with everything we needed for two nights, including a useful mini-bar fridge. The elevator was tiny, though quick, and we hardly had to wait. Busy road traffic could be heard at times, but it wasn't too bothersome, possibly thanks to jet lag. The location was fantastic, and we'd happily stay again for a short visit.

The low price and handy location are advantages, but the noise made a good night's sleep impossible. There's no soundproofing, so we heard neighbors talking and every creak, and cleaning in other rooms sounded as if it were happening in ours. If anyone used the shower for more than five minutes, the plumbing made very loud, unpleasant noises like a drill against the wall. The bathroom had no ventilation, so moisture stayed on the walls and window after a shower, where mold had already formed.
