We found it noisy, both from the main road and inside, where thin walls and loud doors meant we were woken at least twice a night when neighbors came or went. There wasn't much on-site service, so it felt more like an AirBNB than a hotel, though friendly Veronica was very helpful. The checkout time was inflexible, which left a bad impression. If you want a quiet stay, this isn't for you. If you want somewhere clean, small and basic near Vatican/Panton and don't mind noise, go for it.

Communication over WhatsApp was quick and helpful with all our questions, even though there isn't an on-site office. We loved having espresso, cookies and snacks at reception around the clock. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. A staff member gave us a warm welcome and let us check in two hours before the official time because the room was ready. It's budget-friendly, comfortable and convenient, with great hospitality. The location is great, close to most major attractions. Highly recommended.

It felt like a very authentic Rome hotel, right in the middle of everything you'd want to visit on either side of the river. The rooms were modern and very clean, with a touch of simple Italian chic. The staff couldn't do enough to help. I'd recommend it to anyone and will definitely return.

Darier was wonderful when he checked us in. I wish the rest of the stay had been as good. The photos looked light and bright, but the hotel was dim and gloomy, which upset me enough that we checked out. They didn't refund us. This is a very sad, gloomy place that almost ruined our Rome vacation. If I misrepresented my services at my business, I wouldn't be in business very long. Don't stay here.

The room was lovely and clean, and I liked the ceiling painting and old-style lift. On arrival, a staff member was extremely welcoming and helpful, though I wish I could remember his name. The hotel is in a lively area with lots going on and plenty of good places to eat. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in Rome.
