The front desk team were polite and helpful, and there’s plenty nearby that made our trip great. I loved the private spa, especially how spacious and secluded it felt. The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable. Better tea and coffee facilities would be my only suggestion. We’d absolutely stay again.

We loved the spa downstairs, a great way to unwind after walking around Rome all day. Our room was clean and comfortable, especially the bed, and the staff let us check in as soon as we arrived even though our train was early.

I felt safe exploring the area on my own, and the location made it easy to get around. Piazza Navona, the pantheon and the trevi fountain are close, with plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops too. The hotel is beautiful, chic and quiet. I’ll definitely come back.

With my wife heavily pregnant and our toddler, staying here in 40-degree heat was miserable. The air conditioning didn’t work when we arrived. The receptionist said it would be fixed on day two, but although they tried, it broke again within an hour. On day three they offered a portable unit instead of another room. It took up half the already tiny room, and two of our three nights felt like a sauna. After we left, I messaged the hotel to explain how unhappy we were. They agreed to a small refund as acknowledgment of the poor experience, but that was a month ago and nothing has arrived. First they said the payment had been made incorrectly, then that the owner was on holiday. Now they don’t answer. Avoid, avoid.
