10/10
The location near Piazza Navona was fantastic. For farther attractions, the two nearest bus stops, Senato and Zanardelli, made getting around easy. The owner knew the area well and was welcoming. The room was clean and modern, though a little small. It worked perfectly well for four guests staying four nights.

There are several good restaurants close to the flat, including Retro Bodega. It's centrally located, so the main sights are easy to reach on foot. Vatican City was the farthest walk, about 30 minutes.

The apartment was clean and right in the middle of the major attractions, so we had a good experience overall. There was no breakfast or room cleaning, and there's no lift, so be prepared to carry suitcases up several flights of stairs.

The bedrooms are perfect, and the location near piazza Navona is very good. The kitchen and living room could use an update.

The location is excellent, though the rooms could be improved. The terrace needs a complete overhaul.
