The owner was extremely kind and always ready to help. They live nearby and could provide anything else we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was clean, with cleaning done almost every day, and fairly quiet despite the tram line passing by, which we could barely hear. It wasn't large, but worked well for our family of four and had the main amenities we needed. We spent six days in Rome with my wife and two daughters. Termini was a five-minute walk away, with buses nearby and food available for the family at any time of day. The metro station was just around the corner, making it easy to get around Rome. My family and I had a really good experience at Napoleone Luxury Home, especially for the location, cleanliness, attention to detail, and friendliness.

Everything in the room looked new or freshly washed, and the host was so friendly that they even brought us drinks for free. The place is handy for Termini, with a bus stop and subway nearby. If we come back to Rome, we'll check whether it's available.

The rooms were clean, the crew was nice, and communication went smoothly. We liked our stay. Just keep in mind this isn't a hotel, but two or three rooms in a building near Termini. Thanks to the owner.

Even before check-in, they let us freshen up and leave our luggage. The place was newly renovated, and our stay was comfortable, very clean, and backed by great service. Enjoy your days in Rome.

The price was good, but the service was bad. We found a used sock and a used sanitary pad in our room. Disgusting.
