Campo dei Fiori 3-bed Apartment, hi Standing

Breakfast was amazing and included in the room price. The atmosphere was vibrant, the location convenient and within walking distance of tourist attractions, and the concierge was very friendly with excellent service. I'd recommend it to tourists exploring Rome!

The hotel is in a lovely historic area full of shops, restaurants, and bars, and lots of famous places are a short walk away. We stayed four nights and felt safe there as women. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The decoration is beautiful when you first come in. The host is so welcoming, always smiling and in a good mood, and super helpful. All the staff were great, including the cleaning lady. It was my first time in Rom with a friend. We definitely recommend the place and will come again, thank you! 😊

The location was the only good thing, and it's why I didn't give this place one star. After staying here, I felt very ripped off. When I booked through the hotel's website, the room looked quite different from the pictures. The window faced a wall, with an AC unit right outside making a lot of annoying noise. The room door was like a curtain: you could hear absolutely everything outside and even in the rooms across the hall. The bed was small. I'm 182cm tall and didn't fit. I didn't measure it, but I'm pretty sure it was 180cm x160cm long, maybe a standard 200cm x 160cm mattress simply didn't fit. The breakfast was nothing like the photos either. You had to go to a nearby cafe, where they told you to choose between two croissants because the rest was "sold out". The room safe felt like a joke too: you set a code to lock it, but entering 0 six times opens it. The bathroom shelf was super rusty and disgusting, and there was mildew on the walls. The host communicated by whatsapp, and I had to write several times to get information about breakfast and my invoice. Expectations were high and the result was poor. My pictures show the gap between what I expected and what I got. I wonder where the good reviews came from, probably bought through cheap Chinese accounts :D

The staff's kindness and helpfulness made us feel at home. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed, including a modern bathroom with complimentary amenities. The whole place is new, tastefully furnished, and kept impeccably clean and tidy. Townhouse is right in the heart of the city, so it's easy to walk to the main sights or take public transport if needed. We've visited Rome several times, and its value for money is hard to beat. We couldn't have asked for more and will be back soon!
