We had a rental car, and the owner arranged a dedicated spot for us in a secure garage just a few steps away. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including pastries, yoghurt, juice, milk, tea, coffee, and snacks. Our room, with its own full bathroom, was inside a three-bedroom apartment. It was a good size for Rome, spotlessly clean, and had recently updated finishes. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and we especially liked the electric metal shutters that blocked out both light and traffic noise.

The host was quick to respond and really helpful, which made the stay even better. The apartment was spotless, modern, and comfortable, and it was easy to feel at home. The location was convenient and everything I needed was provided. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting.

Casa Casu is a little outside the centre, which is why I gave the location four stars. That wasn’t really a problem, though. The neighbourhood was tidy and had the Italian feel we were after, especially compared with the awful rubbish situation in the inner city. Frequent buses run to and from stops near Casa Casu, so getting into the centre was only a minor inconvenience, if that. There’s also a supermarket just a few minutes away. We stayed one night and enjoyed it all. The room was clean and modern, breakfast was included, and there was a TV. Francesco, the owner, was extremely nice and considerate. We’d come back.

There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and Francesco was a great, helpful host. It’s a bit far from downtown, but there’s a bus close by that goes straight there. The ride can be long and crowded at times. We really enjoyed our stay at casa casu.
