The worst in Roome. Bad housekeeping and furniture.

Good location.

The owner's attitude made our three-night stay really unpleasant. We arrived late because our flight was delayed, and he wanted to charge us 50 euros for the delay, on top of a 30-euro fee for arriving after check-in time. They only mention that fee after you’ve booked, so watch out. He was rude when he greeted us. The place also wasn’t as comfortable as it looked. The air conditioner was falling apart, and the very dirty kitchen looked more like a storage area for cleaning supplies. This was honestly the worst place we stayed at during our vacation in Italy.

It’s centrally located and reasonably priced, and might work for someone who’s out all the time. For sleeping, it’s just okay, but otherwise this “hotel” was a disaster. Our room faced the courtyard instead of the piazza, even though that was what we booked, and the kitchen noise made it nearly impossible to sleep. The shower had no hot water and the bathroom was moldy. The included “minibar” was just an empty, unplugged mini-fridge, and there was no one around to talk to. If cleanliness matters to you, definitely don’t book here.
