Casa Maximo Al Colosseo

The gelato was a highlight, though living like Romans was probably the best part. We had a great find at a reasonable price, and it’s an experience we won’t forget. We’d stay again, and we’d choose Olga for her thoughtfulness. The apartment was comfortable and stayed cool in the summer heat. We cooked and did laundry, and the kitchen had plenty of food and supplies. Transport of all kinds was nearby, which made it easy to see and do what we wanted during our stay. There are good restaurants close by. The building is on a main street, but the surrounding area is quiet, with nice trattorias and markets. Olga was very helpful. She showed us around the city on a map and recommended great places to eat and shop.
