Casa Vacanza Home Sweet Home di Fatha

My family and I really liked this cozy apartment, and we'd happily come back. It's a great fit for four, with two bright, roomy bedrooms. Trastevere Station is only steps away, which makes getting around Rome handy: you can take a train to St. Peter's Basilica and a tram or bus toward the Colosseum. There's a pastry shop downstairs that's open all day and night, with good cappuccinos, brioches, and the well-known Roman maritozzo. Fast food places such as McDonald's, kebab shops, and pizzerias are about a four-minute walk away. Free parking is available for anyone arriving by car.

The host was kind, welcoming, and available right away. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a welcoming home at check-in. It gets lots of light, the space is well arranged, and the location is excellent, right in the historic center of the capital. A great spot for a vacation. I expect I'll come back and would recommend it to anyone.

We'd definitely come back. The service was excellent, the rooms were roomy and had every comfort, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Highly recommended.

When we got to the apartment last Christmas, the bathroom wasn't working. The owner didn't offer a fix, and at that time of year there was no way to sort it out. I wouldn't recommend it. Look elsewhere.
