CC Palace Hotel Roma

The staff made our stay feel personal from the start. We were celebrating birthdays, and they decorated my room for mine. Two days later, they surprised my friend with a cake at breakfast. Such thoughtful little touches made the trip memorable. The hotel is well placed for exploring Rome, with everything close and easy to get to. Our room was spotless and well organized, and we appreciated the minibar and rooftop bar with complimentary drinks, a nice spot to unwind after sightseeing. Breakfast was a great choice, with fresh, delicious food and lots of options. The staff were kind, friendly, and always ready to help. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome who wants good service and thoughtful touches.

The room felt warm during our first two nights, even though its temperature was set to 19C. They could only suggest turning off the heating, which was manageable since it was winter, not the middle of summer. The hotel service was wonderful, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. I especially appreciated the breakfast buffet team, including Rogielyn, who were welcoming and took good care of us during our four-day stay. I only wish they wore name badges so I could remember everyone's names 😊

The location made it easy to get around on foot, and the hotel was spotlessly clean, with fresh towels ready and friendly smiles from housekeeping each day. Breakfast was hearty, with several choices. A special mention to Adelina for her delicious cappuccino, made with such care and artistry. The front desk team was great too. Giorgia was attentive and quick to help, and made our stay very agreeable. She's a real asset to the hotel. Joshua was great as well. Highly recommended.

I’ve stayed here twice, and both visits have been great. The staff are friendly and helpful, the whole hotel is clean, and it’s close to everything. Breakfast is lovely too. I’d definitely recommend it when travelling to Rome.
