The metro was nearby, so getting around and doing our own thing was easy. We had no problems here. The staff were friendly, the room was very clean, and the water worked perfectly.

The one good thing was being close to Termini. Otherwise, this was the worst stay I've had so far. There was no water after 10 p.m. for two days in a row, and the toilet wouldn't flush properly. The receptionist wasn't available in the morning, at least until 10 a.m.

Good value and a cheerful place for a budget traveler who won't spend much time in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were so clean. It's close to Termini without feeling creepy, and nights were very quiet.

My wife needed emergency surgery the day before our reservation. I asked the place to waive the reservation fee and cancel our stay, but they refused without even considering it. I was really disappointed by the lack of empathy and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. What kind of place handles it that way?

The rooms were in very good condition and the service was excellent. The heating system didn't work, though. The hotel is on the first floor of a building, and the elevator doesn't go up to that floor.
