The location is honestly perfect, and I’ll definitely come back. Check-in on our own was easy, and the room was clean and tidy when we arrived, just as shown in the pictures. Andrea sent all the information we needed and replied quickly whenever we had questions. They also let us store our luggage after check-out, which was a nice extra.

The host was kind and helpful, and the location was excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable too. I’d recommend staying here and would happily come back.

The location near the station is the only thing I liked. We were unsettled to find the place right beside Rome’s one and only adult theatre, which made the area feel a bit sketchy. The room listing mentioned a pool and access to a ground-floor kitchen. We couldn’t find the kitchen: the only door downstairs was locked, and our keys didn’t open it. There’s no pool either. The only explanation I can think of is that you can pay extra to use the spa across the street. Cleaning costs extra, and so do replacement towels and other little things. It feels like there’s a fee for everything, even though the description said it would be like a 5 star resort. One lamp was broken. We asked for it to be fixed and were told it would happen the next day, but it wasn’t fixed and the host didn’t contact us. I messaged again, and they said it would be fixed the day after that, when we’d already be gone. We used the bathroom light for a little light instead of the ceiling light. The TV is tiny, so if you wear glasses you have to sit at the edge of the bed to see it. The bed frame was held together with duct tape. My husband sat on it and it collapsed, and when we lifted the mattress we saw all the tape. The shower head was loose and nearly fell on our heads. We tightened it ourselves because our earlier maintenance request hadn’t been handled, so we didn’t see a point in asking again. The bathroom is extremely small, and with the door swinging inward, you practically have to step into the shower to close it before reaching the toilet. The blanket was paper thin, there were no heavier ones available, and the bed was rock hard. The pillows were nice, at least. The photos make the place look good, but it really isn’t worth the price. I’ve stayed in much nicer hotels for half as much. I think the cost just reflects how close it is to Rome.

The host was great, and everything was excellent. Checking in by ourselves went smoothly. I’d recommend this place to anyone, 10/10 ☺️
