Hotel Valle

The room was warm, comfortable, and roomy enough for our family, and the hotel felt clean and safe. It's not a fancy place or a five-star hotel, but it was great for resting. There wasn't a TV in my room, which didn't bother me. We had breakfast included, a typical Italian breakfast. The staff were kind and helpful, and gave me suggestions for places to visit. After checkout they held my luggage, so I could keep walking around until my flight. The location was really handy: the metro is five minutes away, the bus stop one minute, and the Colosseum about a 10-minute walk. There are also souvenir shops, a supermarket, and restaurants nearby. Staying here was a great decision.

The location is great, but I wouldn't stay here again. I could barely sleep because the place felt disgusting, with filthy walls and dust everywhere. The shower drain was clogged, so I had to be quick to keep the water from overflowing. There's also a restaurant next door, and the music goes on late. I can't believe this is rated three stars. The hotel needs to repaint and renovate. One of the worst places I've stayed.

A really disappointing stay. The place felt very old, badly maintained, and extremely dirty. Our room was uncomfortable, and cleanliness clearly wasn't a priority. The noise made it difficult to rest, and the staff weren't helpful. Definitely not worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was great. Breakfast was Italian pastries. The hotel is conveniently close to Roma Termini, which makes the location a strong point. The room is on the small side, so I'd suggest it for a short visit of a few days while touring Rome.
