Clarian B&B

I arrived at 7:30 pm on 20 October 2024, although check-in was listed as available from 2 pm to 10 pm, and no one was there to let me in. I knocked and rang for more than half an hour, but nobody came. I had to walk around with my luggage looking for somewhere else to stay. It was an extremely unpleasant experience. The owner said she had been there at 7:30 pm and refused to refund me. I have evidence that I was at the property then and tried to call. Booking.com, which I used to arrange and pay for the accommodation, tried to help, but so far without success.

The owner was very friendly and helpful, and the location was good. My room was clean and pleasant, with a toilet, shower, small fridge, wardrobe, and other drawers. I’d recommend it.

I stayed in room 4, which was very clean. My arrival at the affittacamere got off to a rough start, but Ms Zhang, who I think is the owner, quickly found solutions and helped me feel comfortable. A Bangladeshi staff member was also extremely polite and cooperative. The location is impeccable, and I’m glad I chose it. The companies running buses from Roma Termini to the airport are directly opposite the affittacamere. For getting around by bus and avoiding too much walking back after a tiring day, look up Bus 70 and 71, the closest public transport near Clarian. Expect to climb some stairs before reaching the elevator, especially with big, heavy luggage. I write many of my reviews to help Muslim travelers, particularly women, understand what different hotels around the world offer.

We picked this place for its price and location, and enjoyed our February stay. The room was quite large, though the bathroom was a little too small. The staff were friendly and spoke English. A good option for a young couple on a city break.
