The hosts were lovely, and the conversation was great. Diana and Giampiero welcomed us warmly, with cold drinks, coffee, towels and even slippers waiting for us. We were also given a detailed neighbourhood map with helpful suggestions for dinner, sights and the supermarket. Our group of five had a wonderful time in this very nice, spotless apartment. It felt like a perfect home in Rome, and it was just a short hop from the Vatican and Stadio Olimpico. Getting there was easy thanks to quick replies and clear directions for the train or shuttle. We could also arrange a driver for both airport trips. We'd definitely ask to stay here again if we return to Rome.

The room was roomy and really comfortable. The Vatican Museums are about a 10-minute walk away, and it's around 15 minutes on foot to St. Peter's Basilica. Highly recommend.
